Custom Builds

Production Partnerships
We serve as the manufacturing partner for established brands. You supply the design and molds — or we build them — and we deliver finished boats on schedule.
Refits & Repairs
Structural repairs, repainting, systems upgrades, and major refits. Our team handles fiberglass, mechanical, electrical, and joinery work in-house.
Marine FRP Fabrication
Custom fiberglass components, molds, tooling, and parts. Vacuum infusion, hand layup, foam core sandwich, and post-cure — all done on-site.
The Antares 44
Our flagship proves our craftsmanship. Over 60 vessels of the Antares 44 have been delivered to owners worldwide since production began in 2009. Originally designed in Canada as the PDQ 44, the Antares 44 has been continuously refined across four generations.
Owners have completed circumnavigations, crossed the Atlantic multiple times, and logged over 40,000 nautical miles. The Antares 44 is recognized as one of the finest liveaboard cruising catamarans in the world.
